Nguyen is Senior Lecturer at the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies and has over 20 years' experience in education. She is a British Council qualified UK counsellor, and has been visiting the UK regularly for 11 years. She is responsible for parent and school liaison, counselling and translation.

Jacky has been in Vietnam for over 12 years as a teacher, trainer and consultant. She has worked for the British Council, and on many international training projects. She has an MA in TEFL from Reading University and an MEd in Educational Management from the University of Leicester, UK. Jacky is responsible for UK placements in the south of Vietnam, education partner management, training links, marketing and publications.

Nhu is a founder member with Jacky and Nguyen of The Education Company. She has travelled widely and worked in several different fields since graduating from University and she is also a highly experienced education counsellor. Nhu is responsible for event management, finance and administration.

Huong is a fully qualified UK Counsellor with experience of visiting TEC partner institutions in the UK. She has also spent a year in South America and has wide experience of travelling and living abroad as well as of customer service management. Huong is responsible for all study enquiries and placements in the north of Vietnam, and for the UK Alumni network. In 2007 she was awarded a Distinction by the British Council for high achievement in the UK Counsellor Training examination.

Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Oriental Studies, and speaks English and Mandarin. She has previous experience working in Customer Services. She is a British Council qualified UK counsellor responsible for placements and UK visas in HCMC, and has visited partner institutions and students in the UK
