The Newton Programme is your opportunity to achieve the highest A-level grades and gain a place at the University of your choice. It offers more than can be possible in a standard A-level programme:

• spend time with leading academics in their field
• join other ambitious students on the Norfolk Gifted and Talent schemes
• gain valuable work experience through Nuffield Placements

 

Your campus experience will help you to feel prepared for progression to an elite university.

Choose from four pathways:

• Medicine and the Sciences
• Mathematics
• Engineering and Physical Sciences
• Economics, Accounting or Actuarial Sciences

And 3 formats:

• 6 terms (2 years)- suitable for students who have finished Year 10 or 11, aged 16 starting in September.
• 5 terms (starting January)- suitable for students who have finished Year 10 or 11 , aged 16
• 3 term fast-track- suitable for students who have finished Year 11 or 12

Entrance requirements: all applicants must be highly motivated, excellent students.

 

For 6 terms: GPA 7.5, IELTS 5.0

 

For 5 terms: GPA 7.5 – 8.0, IELTS 5.5

 

For 3 terms: GPA 8.0+, IELTS 6.0
