EDINBURGH'S TELFORD COLLEGE

Edinburgh 's Telford College is located in Edinburgh , Scotland 's capital city. The city has its own international airport and is easily reached from London , Amsterdam or Paris . The Colege occupies a £70 million complex in Edinburgh 's new Waterfront development. It is a truly wonderful 21 st century college and the whole campus is wireless-enabled creating flexible work and study areas.

Telford is now one of the largest colleges in Britain, with approximately 3,500 full time students. The college welcomes students from over 60 countries worldwide and is proud of its diverse and cosmopolitan student community.

The college has received many national awards for excellence in its programmes and the English Language department has been accredited by the British Council. It offers all levels of courses from Scottish Highers (like "A" Levels in England ) to Foundation courses and Pre-Masters programmes. It also offers 35 Higher National Diploma (HND) courses. The College works closely with businesses in Edinburgh to provide work experience for as many students as possible and even has a dedicated student employment service helping students become work-ready and get part-time work whilst they study.
